Stroke-interval length control electronics for automotive machines for the control of 4 solenoid valves (e.g. for 2 paint spray guns and 2 ball spray guns)
Manual marking:
The operator indicates with which guns to mark for how long.
Semi-automatic marking:
The operator indicates with which guns to start marking. The end of the marking process depends on the programmed line length.
Fully automatic marking:
The machine autonomously carries out the programme pre-set by the operator.
Max. 10 line-interval programs can be stored simultaneously. The number of marking metres for each gun as well as the total length of all guns is recorded.
The direction detection ensures that the machine can be manoeuvred without any problems, even if the programme is in a stroke-interval, so that the marking can be restarted at the correct place.
The combinations of stroke-interval programs and gun outputs can be freely assigned to 12 keys (if a keyboard is available).
Guns can be activated (and deactivated) synchronously during the running stroke-interval cycle
