DIFFUSER
The gun is equipped with an adjustable diffuser (orientation and width) to evenly apply the beads in line up to a width of 30 cm. It has a tungsten carbide reinforcement to considerably increase its life span. This reinforcement is easily replaceable in case of wear. The diffuser can be equipped with a bead detector to avoid having a line without beads. This detector is associated with an electronic box which monitors the guns and alarms (on request).
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
For the air supply, a Ø 8 mm hose is recommended.
Use an opening control pressure of 6 bar.
To improve the flow rate of the beads (speed, quantity), add our 8304S-C injection tube with air plug (option on request).
