Stroke-interval length control electronics for automotive machines for the control of six solenoid valves (e.g. for three paint spray guns and three ball spray guns)
Manual marking:
The operator indicates with which guns to mark for how long.
Semi-automatic marking:
The operator indicates with which guns to start marking. The end of the marking process depends on the programmed line length.
Fully automatic marking:
The machine autonomously carries out the programme pre-set by the operator.
Max. 12 stroke-interval programs can be stored simultaneously.
Special program for lines with water drainage.
The number of metres of marking for each gun is recorded.
During the marking process, the program and the gun control can be changed between the keys «1 to 12», always concluding the current stroke-interval first, before starting the new program.
The change can be made in line or in the gap.
The line start of the additionally connected gun and the line end of the disconnected gun are synchronised.
